Malin Kundang Once upon a time, in West Sumatera beach, there lived a woman and her son. His name is Malin Kundang. Malin’s father was already passed away, so Malin and her mother had to work hard for their life. Malin Kundang was a healthy, diligent and strong boy. He usually went to the sea to catch fish and then he sold it in the town. One day, when Malin Kundang was sailing, he saw a merchant’s ship which was being raided by a band of pirates. With his brave, he saved the merchant and defeated the pirates. The merchant was so happy and asked Malin to join him and Malin agreed his offer. A few years later, Malin Kundang became rich with a huge ship, loads of trading goods, many ship crews and a beautiful wife. One day in his journey, his ship landed on a beach. The villagers recognized him and the news ran fast in the town. Malin Kundang’s mother who had waited her son for several years were so happy hearing that her beloved son came to the village. Sebenernya gue tuh pengennya apa sih? Ya gue bingung. Gue sendiri bingung apa yang membuat gue bingung. Bingung ketemu bingung, bingung kuadrat dong(?). Intinya gue hanya butuh suatu jawaban yang pasti dan satu hal yang paling penting, keyakinan.
